The Kaiser Permanente Mental Health Scholars Academy promotes mental health and well-being for our members and community by creating career paths with academic programs to transform our workforce.<\/p>\n

We are committed to diversity in the mental health professions within Kaiser Permanente to ensure health equity for the communities we serve.<\/p>\n

We work with multiple academic programs and Kaiser Permanente mental health training programs to educate and train Kaiser Permanente employees to achieve advanced degrees leading to careers in the mental health professions.<\/p>\n

California’s Behavioral Health Workforce<\/h4>\n

The MHSA is committed to expanding mental health access and building a stronger and more engaged mental health workforce by preparing them to meet California’s evolving healthcare needs.<\/p>\n

Continuing Education<\/h4>\n

We develop continuing education programs to support certifications and evidence-based mental health treatments.<\/p>\n

Community Grants<\/h4>\n
